Terms and Conditions of the Hakomi UK Training Courses
- All participants for training courses will need to provide Hakomi UK with their contact details including e-mail address. They will also need to be familiar with the terms and conditions that follow.
- Hakomi UK keep a database of participants contact details and record attendance at training events. This information is stored securely. Contact details will only be shared with others attending the same training and not passed on to other parties. Participants should inform the administrator if they do not want to share contact details with other participants on the same training.
- A deposit of £100 will be required to secure a training place. The deposit is non returnable.
- The deposit should be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of training course and the full fee 4 weeks prior to the commencement of training.
- Participants of Hakomi Training are expected to have paid fees by the due date. Hakomi UK reserves the right not to allocate places on training to participants who have not paid on time or made a prior arrangement with Ginny Bennet about payment of fees.
- Participants applying to do a level of training will need to commit to all three training events at the particular level (this does not apply to level 1).
- For participants who have completed all three levels of training the fee for repeating level 1, 2 or 3 training will be 50% of the total normal price. This only applies if participants have fully paid for previous training.
- For participants living abroad separate arrangements for payment can be made to avoid bank charges. Please speak with Ginny Bennett about this.
- Please be advised - If the booking is cancelled within the 4 week period prior to the training course then the full course fee will be payable if the participant wishes to cancel. At this point trainers, fares and room bookings still have to be paid.
- If a booking is made within the 4 week period prior to the course, a full course fee will be payable at once.
- Hakomi Training UK reserves the right to cancel a training course if deemed necessary. This would only happen as a last resort and in these circumstances a full refund would given.
- Places on training courses will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Participants are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. If a course is over subscribed then we will operate a waiting list and also advise on any suitable alternative training events.
- If you have any special access needs or special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Please note, venues and training dates are subject to change. On occasions where a venue or date change is necessary we will endeavor to contact participants using the contact details they have supplied. Participant should check this before training commences.
- Hakomi UK wish to be as helpful as possible with training course fee's and participants can contact Ginny Bennett to apply for additional arrangements for the payment of fees if this is needed.
- Hakomi UK reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. If this happens the participants will be informed of changes made.
